Assembling NYC began long before it had a name. In Upstate New York, we started by doing the work ourselves—cleaning homes, solving day-to-day problems and learning what it takes to keep a property running well. After moving to New York City, that hands-on experience expanded into apartment setup, turnovers, inspections, repairs and on-site support.
In New York City, the work grew beyond cleaning. We began assembling furniture, installing TVs, setting up furnished apartments and handling the small repairs and practical issues that come with keeping them ready. Over time, that became ongoing field support—inspections, access coordination, maintenance, purchasing and contractor coordination.
That progression shaped what Assembling NYC is today: practical, on-the-ground support for furnished apartments and residential properties. We handle the work we can do directly, coordinate the specialists when a job requires them, and stay involved until the property is ready and moving forward.
